Why Notebook Margins? Notebook Margins is my personal site. A place where I can play outside of my professional job with this medium that I love. I like scribbling tangential thoughts in related blocks of text. I like it even more than drawing, which I really like. It's fun to doodle in the margins of the text in books especially. In school, I used to love to see what people wrote in their margins. A persons real thoughts often appear there.Why Art - Because of all those drawings and stories you'd write in the notebook margins in high school. Why Li'l Lab? - Because of all the little diagrams and lines of interconnections that you always find yourself drawing when you're trying to figure stuff out. Why Thoughts? - Because lots of my thoughts are about those doodles. Why Me? - I like me. And I like reading people's personal stuff on the web. I don't think it's silly. I like seeing what choices they make. Individuals on the web are all in the margins anyway. |
